1. One client, a perfectionist (like many entrepreneurs), needed a top pastry chef for one of his ventures. We found him just the chap: a Polish pastry chef who could work from home (it's cheaper)

2. Another client, in the middle of a global $40m drinks deal, suddenly remembered he had forgotten to book the family holiday. We got him a presidential villa in Mauritius, complete with butler, but also fixed a global video conferencing facility so he could continue deal-doing while the family slept. (yes, the deal completed)

3. We connected a client directly to a senior Cabinet Minister, which in turn led to a meeting with Holyrood MSPs for which we provided the facilities and briefing papers

We researched the market, provided a briefing and contacts and convinced him to go to a major wind energy exhibition in China at short notice - naturally fixing the tickets, translater and the rest of the arrangements.
